Universal Aluminum Stick Electrode for Repair and Fabrication

Eagle 414 Super is a premium all-position aluminum arc electrode designed for dependable repair and fabrication of aluminum components.

It produces a low-spatter, strong, dense and porosity-resistant weld deposit with a stable arc and good colour match. Its low-amperage operating characteristics make it especially useful for repair work where control and reduced heat input are important.

Ideal for tanks, engine blocks, truck frames, foundry patterns and general aluminum fabrication, Eagle 414 Super provides a practical stick-welding solution when TIG or MIG aluminum equipment is not available.

No TIG. No MIG. Just Weld Aluminum with Stick.

Eagle 414 Super is recommended for:

Aluminum tanks
Engine blocks
Truck frames
Foundry patterns
General aluminum fabrication
Aluminum repair work
Field repairs
Maintenance applications

Designed for all-position aluminum welding and repair.

DC Reverse [+] Polarity

Clean all weld areas thoroughly with a stainless steel wire brush and remove oxides and contaminants.

Bevel sections thicker than approximately 1/4".

Preheat thicker sections to approximately 400°F. Maintain a short arc, hold the electrode nearly vertical to the workpiece, and travel as quickly as practical.

Allow the weld to cool slowly and remove slag between passes.

Eagle 414 Super is an all-position aluminum electrode engineered for smooth, controlled repair welding.

It produces a low-spatter, dense weld deposit with good colour match while operating at relatively low amperage. Its stable arc characteristics make it a practical choice for aluminum repair and fabrication where conventional wire-feed or TIG equipment may not be available.

Why Eagle 414 Super?

All-position aluminum welding — designed for repair and fabrication in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.
Low-spatter operation — helps reduce cleanup and improves weld appearance.

Low-amperage performance — useful for repair work where heat control matters.

Good colour match — helps produce a more natural-looking aluminum repair.

Porosity-resistant weld deposit — designed to produce strong, dense aluminum welds.

414 Super or 415FC?

Choose Eagle 414 Super when you want an aluminum stick electrode that runs on a standard welding power source.

Choose Eagle 415FC when you want a flux-cored aluminum torch alloy applied with an oxy-acetylene torch. Eagle 415FC uses an internal flux and is designed for torch repair of tanks, engine blocks and cast aluminum.

In simple terms:
414 Super = aluminum stick welding
415FC = aluminum torch repair
