High-Deposition Hardfacing for Severe Abrasion and Moderate Impact
Eagle 636 is a high-performance hardfacing electrode designed for applications exposed to severe abrasion and moderate impact. It produces a tough, highly wear-resistant deposit with a hardness of approximately 60–63 HRC, helping extend the service life of heavily worn equipment and components.
Its high deposition rate makes Eagle 636 an excellent choice for larger hardfacing jobs where productivity and wear resistance are equally important.
Ideal for mining, construction, agriculture, aggregate and heavy equipment repair, Eagle 636 is well suited for earth augers, bucket teeth, bucket lips, ripper teeth, screw conveyors, mixer paddles, compactors, mill hammers and scraper components.
